Children at First Presbyterian Church have many ways to connect to God and each other throughout the year.
Past activities include visits to local charities, dodgeball in neighboring Payne Park, annual Easter Egg Hunt & Brunch, Holiday Parade, Family Nativity Service, Love God Jam Brunch, pool parties, beach gatherings, Vacation Bible School and packing snacks for City Kids.
Nativity Service Practice
The children and youth of First Presbyterian Church will lead our early Christmas Eve service with scripture and carols and our traditional Nativity presentation. Children in grades 2-5 and all youth will practice in Fellowship Hall during the Sunday school hour (10 a.m.) on December 7, 14, and 21. All children ages 4 years through 5th grade and all youth will have a final practice in the sanctuary on Monday, December 22, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. “Angels” may arrive later, but please be with us by 11 a.m. Parents or youth with questions should email Valerie Schaub.
Sunday School at 10 a.m.
This year, children at FPC are exploring the Bible through curriculum from Spark House.
Bowling. Putt-putt golf. Pool parties. So many ways to gather and have fun for our kids in grades 4 and 5. Check out the bulletin for the latest happenings.
